Choose appropriate appetizers: Salted, smoke, dried… food contain sulfite – a substance which stretchs blood vessels and causes headache.

Deep breath: When the headache happens, first you should calm down, stop other activities and focus on breathing deeply. On the contrary, if you’re worried, your breath will be hollower which causes the lack of blood, shrinking blood vessels and more serious headache.

Avoid fragrances causing headache
