A logical diet is the best way to prevent fatty liver. Eat diverse ranges of foods, 20 – 30 types per day. Eat in moderation, not eat too much the same type of foods. Limit high-fat and nutritious foods such as butter, yolk, liver and brain…and hot, spicy foods: ginger, pepper, chilli, alcohol, coffee and densed tea.
