Not drinking enough water

You may have the thought that deep fried snacks are high in calories. Then why do you feel lack of energy after eating them? Snacks containing trans-fat, a kind of fat can’t be converted into energy and does not have any nutritional value. You should find healthy snacks like fruits.
Exercise helps add energy, not make you tired. When you are exercising, blood flow and metabolism speed increase. This makes body cells more energized.
Sleeping too much

Heart disease and diabetes
Being tired all the time might be one of the first signs of heart disease. When your heart can’t pump blood as efficiently as before, your muscle cells lack energy to maintain normal operation. Moreover, being tired even after eating and getting enough sleep can also be a symptom of diabetes.
