Grey hair at early age is one of many people’s concerns. According to traditional medicine, grey hair happens at early age because of lack of blood. Moreover, overthinking, stress, insomnia making brain overactive can also cause grey hair. However, if you know how to use natural ingredients, it will keep you younger for a longer time and improve this condition considerably.
Fructus mori glue: Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of ripe berries cooked in form of liquid glues each server. This is used when you have grey hair.
Simmering water of goji berries and fructus mori: Simmer 30 grams of dried ripe berries (or 60 grams of fresh ripe berries) and 15 grams of goji berries. Use 1 serving per day. This is used for grey hair and amblyopia.
Simmered water of fructus ligustri lucidi and fructus mori: Simmer 12 grams of fructus ligustry lucidis, 15 grams of ripe berries and 10 grams of eclipta protratas. Use for grey hair at early age, headache and dizzy.

Dry then mill even portions of eclipta prostrata and fructus ligustri lucidi, add honey and make round pills from the mixture. Use for nephrotic, backache, grey hair at early age, memory impairment.
Rhemannia gluticosa and fallopia multiflora tea: The ingredients include 16 grams of fallopia multifloras and 30 grams of rhemannia gluticosas (soaked in alcohol). Put them into a teapot, pour boiling water into it and drink this instead of normal tea. Use for asthenia, grey hair at early age, coronary artery disease, elevated blood fat.
Black bean and fallopia multiflora soup: The ingredients include 60 grams of fallopia multifloras and 100 grams of black beans. Cook with a proper amount of water until black beans are soft, and then remove all of fallopia multifloras. Divide into 2 or 3 servings in the day. Add a little bit sugar or salt if you like. Use for coronary insufficiency, angina pectoris, grey hair at early age, chronic constipation.
Stewed chicken with fallopia multiflora: The ingredients include one hen and 30 grams of fallopia multifloras. Clean the hen, remove its guts, put wrapped fallopia multifloras into the hen’s stomach and cook it in a steaming vessel until it is well-cooked then remove the medicine and add ginger, onion… Use for grey hair at early age, headache, dizzy, insomnia, asthena.
Sesame porridge: The ingredients include rice and black sesame with even portions. Make porridge added with sugar or salt. Eat hot or cold for breakfast or a light meal.
